Shesique Publications traces its creative publishing origin to 2008, beginning with the writing and initiation of Leigh Hickombottom’s first book. Shesique Publications LLC was formally established in 2015 as the company through which selected publishing, artistic, musical, media, retail and original creative works are developed, presented and protected.

This website is a curated publishing environment, creative archive and protected extension of the authorship, identity, voice, vision and embodied presence of Leigh Hickombottom, also professionally known as SheisL1.

All original writings, books, manuscripts, quotations, terminology, music, recordings, photographs, videos, artwork, graphics, product presentations, fragrances, designs, logos, website layouts, concepts as expressed, digital materials and other creative works appearing within this space are owned or controlled by Leigh Hickombottom and/or Shesique Publications LLC, as applicable.

Access Is Not Ownership

Access to this website grants permission to view its publicly available contents only. It does not grant a license, transfer of ownership, commercial privilege, endorsement, affiliation or authorization to reproduce, imitate, extract or repurpose any portion of the Shesique Publications creative universe.

Without prior written permission, no person, business, corporation, platform, automated system or artificial-intelligence system may:

Copy, reproduce, publish, sell or redistribute protected material.
Scrape, harvest, mirror or compile website content into another database.
Use content for artificial-intelligence training, machine-learning datasets or synthetic media generation.
Reconstruct or simulate Leigh Hickombottom’s face, body, voice, tattoos, mannerisms, personal style, identity or creative persona.
Produce unauthorized avatars, voice clones, digital doubles, deepfakes or impersonations.
Alter photographs, recordings or written works to create false endorsements or misleading associations.

Name, Image, Voice and Embodied Likeness

The names Leigh Hickombottom, SheisL1, Shesique Publications, Shaherium and associated marks, signatures, symbols, logos, images, voices, performances, personal presentation and recognizable likeness may not be used to suggest sponsorship, approval, collaboration, affiliation or endorsement without express written authorization.

Presence within a public website, publication, performance, photograph or social-media account does not place a person’s identity or creative work into the public domain.

Inquiry and Access Vetting

Shesique Publications reserves the right to screen inquiries for identity, authority, intention, legitimacy, scope, professional alignment and financial readiness before access, discussion or collaboration is considered.

Submitting a message does not guarantee:

A response, appointment or private access.
Acceptance of a proposal or collaboration.
Representation, publishing, consulting or advisory services.
A confidential, fiduciary, spiritual or professional relationship.
Permission to use any intellectual property, identity or proprietary terminology.

Please do not submit unsolicited manuscripts, recordings, inventions, business plans, private concepts or confidential material unless specifically requested. No submission will be treated as confidential unless a separate written nondisclosure agreement has been signed in advance.

Shesique Publications may decline, archive, block or document communications that appear deceptive, extractive, abusive, commercially exploitative or inconsistent with the purpose of this protected creative environment.

Sovereign Usage Protocol

Shesique Publications is a sovereign creative environment. Access is an invitation to witness—not permission to extract. Respect for authorship, identity, privacy, energy and intention is a condition of meaningful engagement.

Any permission, license, collaboration or commercial use must be granted through a separate written agreement signed by an authorized rights holder.
